01 — The programme
What this programme is
The Army rally is decided on a stopwatch and a measuring tape long before anyone looks at a mark sheet. A candidate who cannot finish the run inside the time does not get to the next stage, however well prepared the rest of them is.
So the programme is built in that order: the run first, then strength and the measured events, with Agniveer written classes running alongside from the beginning rather than being crammed at the end.

No. A number of candidates start from very little. What matters is how many months you have before your rally and whether you attend daily. You are assessed on your first day and the plan is built from where you actually are.
Yes. Agniveer written coaching runs alongside the physical training. Candidates who leave the paper until the last month are the ones most often lost after clearing the physical.
